Temporary, part-time position (15-20 hours per week, June-August) assisting the HR team with scanning and organizing electronic and paper employee files.
Review and organize paper employee documents
Review and update electronic employee folders
Scan documents; Rename and save documents in employee folders
Update documentation so that physical documents can be destroyed
Other related administrative
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Computer skills, including internet, database navigation, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work steadily and independently
  • Maintain privacy and confidentiality of records
