Salary Range: $100.00 To $130.00 Hourly

Summary:

ITOCHU International Inc. is seeking a Temporary Tax Senior Associate to support the Tax Division during the tax filing season from September 15, 2026 through January 15, 2027 (40 hours/week, 8 hours/day, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., on-site). Working closely with the Tax Senior Manager, the Tax Senior Associate will assist with the preparation of ITOCHU International Inc. and Subsidiaries' state and local tax returns. This is a fixed-term role based in midtown Manhattan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare combined/consolidated state and local income tax returns, ensuring they are accurate, properly documented, and compliant with applicable state tax rules and regulations.
  • Conduct research as necessary on state and local tax matters.
  • Provide assistance to the III Tax Division as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of prior experience preparing multistate combined/consolidated state and local income tax returns.
  • Hands-on experience with Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Income Tax, including the Tax Accounting System (TAS) module and multistate combined/consolidated filings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
