To thrive as a Temporary Strike Security Officer, you need a solid understanding of security protocols, conflict de-escalation techniques, and relevant state security guard licensing or certifications. Familiarity with surveillance equipment, incident reporting systems, and basic communication tools is typically required. Temporary Strike Security personnel often encounter high-stress situations, such as managing large crowds and handling confrontations between striking workers and non-striking staff.
