Primary responsibilities of this Skilled Nursing Facility position is to provide care planning, resident assessment, medication administration and to monitor activities performed by nursing assistants. The Trinity Care Center is a 65 bed facility in a community that enjoys charm of a historic MN city along with vibrant, new development.
