The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention. SPA's Strategic Division's Regional Strike System Group (RSSG) supports critical U.S.

government programs providing Systems Engineering, Systems Safety, Modelling, Master Scheduling, and Financial Analysis support. RSSG is hiring for a Test and Evaluation Technical Program Analyst that supports the SSP SLCM-N program office in Washington, D.C. Pay Transparency Salary range: $100,000 - 150,000/year. Responsibilities * Support the development of system level test plans to include defining test objectives, methodologies, and detailed flight test plans for missile tests. * Support the development and execution of system level flight testing and ground testing.

* Develop and manage aspects of the overall program Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP). * Gather and disseminate information, facilitate client engagements, develop and maintain planning tools, prepare reports and presentations, and present results to stakeholders throughout the client organization. * Work closely with engineers, subject-matter experts, functional teams, and senior leadership planning the coordination of efforts and report development.

Qualifications Required Qualifications: * Ability to work at Maritime Plaza and surrounding areas in Washington D.C. * Active DoD SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain a DoD TOP SECRET security clearance. * Bachelor's degree in a STEM or business field.

* 5-7 years of professional experience in test and evaluation, preferably with a focus on missile systems, flight vehicles, or launch vehicles. * Demonstrated experience in test planning, execution, and data analysis for complex weapons systems. Strong understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements definition, risk management, and verification/validation.

* Experience preparing and delivering briefings to senior/executive leadership. Desired Qualifications: * Active DoD TOP SECRET security clearance. * Master's degree in a relevant engineering or business discipline.

* Familiarity with modeling and simulation and cybersecurity test strategies to support test execution and analysis. * Experience supporting ACAT 1D programs or other large-scale defense projects.
