Job description

Labor Solutions is now seeking two Bilingual Staffing Coordinator (English & Spanish) to join our organization! Labor Solutions is a proven leader in the staffing industry, providing individuals with temporary and temp-to-hire jobs. This is a critical position, as the recruiter will be responsible for working closely with the staffing team to provide great service and ensure client requests are met. Hours: Monday – Thursday 7 am to 3:30 pm (unless overtime is needed)

Friday- 8:00 am to 4:30 pm


Starting Pay: $18-19 DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Heavy recruitment.
  • Greet and assist walk-in candidates.
  • Answer inbound telephone calls.
  • Working closely with clients to assure filling orders are complete.
  • Focus on providing quality temporary staff through thorough screening, orientation, and training processes before placing job assignments.
  • Develop and maintain great relationships with point people at client companies through effective communication.
  • Ensure all new hire paperwork is accurate and complete before assigning temporary staff.
  • Work closely with internal staff while applying thorough communication skills.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Fluent in Creole and English. (preferably)
  • Must be able to communicate effectively via email, phone, or interpersonally.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Good sense of urgency
  • Flexible schedules may work on weekends.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Computer skills
