Now Hiring: General Labor / Spotter – Night Shift (13-Week Project)
Pay: $20/hr – Weekly Pay!
Schedule: 3–5 nights/week | 20–35 hours/week
Duration: up to 13 Weeks

Spinnaker Solutions is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious General Laborer / Spotter to support a night shift electrical installation project. This is a temporary, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in commercial job sites and has prior experience in general labor or electrical work.

You’ll be working closely with an Electrical Technician—assisting with wire pulling, moving tools and materials, helping mount TVs, and most importantly, spotting for safety while the technician operates from a scissor lift.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assist with pulling electrical wire and moving tools/equipment
  • Help mount TVs and other fixtures
  • Serve as a spotter to ensure technician safety when using lifts
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in general labor or electrical work (commercial experience required)
  • Comfortable working night shifts
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on safety
  • Familiarity with commercial construction job sites
