Job description

Supports the execution of Alliant’s social media presence across channels by creating engaging, on-brand content that builds awareness, drives engagement, and supports business priorities. Partners with marketing, creative, product, and compliance and legal review stakeholders to bring ideas to life effectively. Hands-on content creator and channel expert who understands platform best practices, produces high-quality visual and video assets, monitors performance, and brings forward fresh ideas that keep Alliant relevant to and regularly engaging with its audiences online.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging, on-brand content across social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop platform-native content in a range of formats, including short-form video, static posts, carousels, collages, stories, and other visual assets optimized for each channel.
  • Shoot and edit social-first video content, including concepting, filming, light editing, captioning, and formatting for channel-specific requirements.
  • Write clear, compelling social copy that reflects Alliant’s voice, aligns to campaign goals, and encourages engagement.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, campaign, and product partners to translate business priorities into social content that is human, timely, relevant, and audience-first.
  • Bring forward new content ideas, social trends, and creative concepts that help Alliant show up in fresh, distinctive ways while staying brand-appropriate.
  • Manage day-to-day social content execution with attention to detail and accuracy in a evolving environment.
  • Ensure social content follows brand standards, accessibility best practices, and compliance and legal review requirements for regulated marketing content.
  • Monitor platform trends, algorithm changes, and audience behavior to continuously improve content quality and channel performance.
  • Track and report on social media performance, including engagement, reach, video performance, and other relevant KPIs; use insights to refine future content.
  • Support content calendars, campaign launches, and real-time social opportunities with strong judgment and quick execution.

Education & Years of Experience

  • Minimum- 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Digital Marketing, Journalism or related
  • Minimum - 4 -6 years of Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Digital Marketing, Journalism or related

Compensation & Benefits:

Typical hiring range:‏‏‎ ‎ $57,500.00 to $89,500.00‎ Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
