⚙️1st Shift Machine Operator | Start Your Career in the Semiconductor Industry

1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM


🔧 What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator, you'll support the production of gas weldments by operating specialized equipment and performing quality inspections in both cleanroom and production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate orbital welding equipment
  • Load and position components for automated welding processes
  • Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Operate tube-cutting equipment to prepare materials for production
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
  • Use measuring tools such as calipers and height gauges
  • Follow production and quality procedures to meet specifications
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Work closely with a team to meet production goals 🤝
  • Follow cleanroom protocols and procedures
  • Learn specialized manufacturing processes through on-the-job training

✅ Qualifications

Required:

  • At least 1 year of recent manufacturing experience
  • Machine operation, quality inspection, or other hands-on production experience
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools
  • Ability to read work orders, prints, or production documentation
  • Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and gauges
  • Comfort working in a cleanroom environment
  • Reliable work history and strong attendance
  • Ability to work with metal components and precision manufacturing processes

Preferred:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Cleanroom manufacturing experience
  • Experience with weldments or welding-related processes
  • Quality inspection experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
