Contract Type: W2 Only
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Rancho Cordova, CA (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $38 - $40 on W2
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Creative Specialist to support the production and execution of high-quality creative assets across digital campaigns, brand initiatives, events, and marketing communications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Adobe Creative Suite, visual design, motion graphics, and digital asset production, with the ability to execute creative work that aligns with brand standards while collaborating closely with marketing, creative, and production teams. This is an excellent opportunity for an early to mid-career creative professional looking to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative marketing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, produce, and adapt creative assets for digital campaigns, including social media graphics, display ads, email headers, landing page visuals, presentations, and event collateral.
  • Create and edit motion graphics, simple animations, and video production assets using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Ensure all creative deliverables consistently align with brand guidelines, typography, color standards, and overall visual identity.
  • Collaborate with creative leads, marketing managers, writers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize projects, and deliver high-quality assets on schedule.
  • Organize and maintain creative asset libraries, file structures, version control, and production documentation to support efficient team workflows.
  • Participate in creative reviews, identify inconsistencies in project briefs, and contribute to continuous improvement of creative production processes.
Must-have Skills:
  • 1-4 years of experience in Graphic Design, Creative Production, or Visual Communications within an agency, in-house, or freelance environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, with working knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in layout, typography, branding, color theory, and digital design fundamentals.
  • Experience producing creative assets for digital marketing campaigns while managing multiple projects with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Nice-to-have Skills:
  • Experience with Figma, collaborative design workflows, or design handoff tools.
  • Experience in B2B technology, semiconductor, enterprise software, or other technical industries.
  • Basic video editing skills and advanced motion graphics experience for digital and social media content.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
