Job description

This is a TEMPORARY position, only open for internal candidates.

Shifts from this position will be awarded in order of seniority and added to the winning bidders existing schedule. Awarded shifts may not incur overtime.


Job Summary: Maintains accurate computerized scheduling system. Implements union contract and Hospital regulations when staffing open positions

Requirements:High school graduate. Associate degree in secretarial field preferred Training and Experience: Computer expertise required and prior scheduling experience preferred Special Qualifications: Ability to multi-task and perform capably in a pleasant manner under stress in a busy office.

Schedule: 3p-11:30p

Week 1: Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat

Week 2: Sun, Tues, Wed, Thurs
