A Weekend Secretary is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support during weekends, often when regular office staff are not present. Typical duties include answering phones, managing appointments, handling emails, maintaining records, and assisting visitors or clients. They may also be asked to prepare documents, manage office supplies, and ensure the smooth operation of the office during weekend hours.
