Mon- Fri, 8am - 5pm
We are seeking a professional Receptionist and Switchboard.MS Ops to provide exceptional front desk, hospitality, and switchboard support. This role serves as the first impression and primary point of contact for visitors, customers, and clients while delivering outstanding customer service in a professional office environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a one-hour lunch.
Responsibilities

  • Greet, welcome, and assist visitors, customers, and clients.
  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls from across the United States.
  • Schedule meeting rooms and distribute visitor and temporary employee badges.
  • Serve as a site information resource for visitors and employees.
  • Perform general administrative, receptionist, and PC support duties as needed.
  • Update company phone and speed dial lists, company calendar, brag board, and automated messaging center.
  • Assist with office projects, including labels, manuals, and other administrative tasks.
  • Order, maintain, and distribute promotional store items.
  • Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
  • Participate in company and community service events.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of receptionist or switchboard experience.
  • Professional customer service experience with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in an office environment and perform light physical activities, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting/carrying items under 10 lbs., with occasional lifting up to 30 lbs. with assistance.
  • Ability to complete an IBM background screening.
  • Business Professional dress code.
