Rather than serving as a traditional Salesforce Administrator, this leader partners closely with Product, Engineering, Sales Operations, Analytics, Operations, and Marketplace leadership to define platform priorities, translate business needs into technical requirements, and drive execution of the Salesforce roadmap.
This individual will balance strategic planning with operational execution, leading governance, prioritization, user adoption, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure Salesforce continues to scale alongside Walmart Marketplace's global growth. What you'll do...

  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define priorities, influence the Salesforce roadmap, and ensure business requirements are delivered effectively.
  • Gather, prioritize, and document business requirements from stakeholders across global Marketplace organizations.
  • Design scalable business processes and Salesforce solutions that improve operational efficiency, data quality, and user experience.
  • Lead Salesforce governance by evaluating enhancement requests, establishing priorities, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives across Sales Operations, Business Development, Account Management, Product, and Engineering.
  • Own release readiness by coordinating business validation, user acceptance testing, change management, and communications for platform enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain business documentation, including requirements, process maps, release notes, SOPs, and operational playbooks.
  • Monitor platform adoption and user feedback, identifying opportunities to simplify workflows and improve productivity.
  • Partner with Sales Training and business leaders to ensure new functionality is supported with effective training and documentation.
  • Champion data governance by improving data quality standards, business processes, and operational consistency across Marketplace organizations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes through automation and scalable Salesforce capabilities.
  • Represent Marketplace business stakeholders in strategic Salesforce initiatives supporting global expansion and platform evolution.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a Business Operations, CRM Strategy, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Administration capacity.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and CRM best practices.
  • Experience translating business needs into scalable technology solutions.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology organizations.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills with experience leading multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly recommendations.
  • Experience leading governance, change management, and enterprise platform adoption initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success supporting large, cross-functional, or global organizations.
