Job description

Related Technical Skills required
• Strong knowledge of Consumer, Retail, Enterprise channel & End customer sales. Experience in Sales operations, partner management & enablement preferred.
• 6 + years of experience as a business analyst and admin role leading enterprise-scale CRM, PRM projects.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce Platform functionality and best practices, with emphasis in Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud
• Strong experience in implementation; ability to determine whether requirements are configuration, customization, and/or integrations with external systems
• Hands-on experience on configuration of platform features including user management, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, org-wide defaults, sharing rules, territories, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, process builder, flows, lightning pages, managed packages, etc.
• Experience with the Salesforce AppExchange and a deep understanding of both this ecosystem as well as native Salesforce capabilities.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery models
• Prior experience in SDLC project management and analysis including scoping / timeline management, documenting use cases, process flows/swim lane diagrams, requirements, user acceptance testing, change management, etc.
• Working knowledge of process documentation & project management software
• Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and using salesforce data tools.
• Superior ability to design and implement dashboards on Einstein Analytics/ Tableau CRM preferred and reports to deliver business insight
• Keen understanding of system security and controls
Education
• BS or equivalent degree in Business management, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline required. MBA degree preferred.
Salesforce certifications:
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
• Agile SCRUM Master certification (preferred)
• Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Certification (required)
• Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification (preferred)
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (preferred)
Salary Range: $70,000-$135,000 a year
