Who we're looking for 

Fieldwire is seeking a proficient and detail-oriented Sales Operations Manager to join our dynamic CRM team. The ideal candidate will bring a solid business understanding for sales operations, be proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Groove, Dialpad or similar sales management tools, knows how to optimize, streamline and scale sales processes, easily translate business requirements into systems solutions and thus enables sales teams to operate efficiently in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. The Sales Operations Manager will play a crucial role in implementing, operating and supporting sales technology tools, analyzing data, and providing insights and recommendations to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes.   

What you'll be doing 

The primary responsibilities for our next Sales Operations Manager will be: 

1. Sales Technology Management:  

  • Administer and optimize Groove and Dialpad platforms to support sales processes and operations. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Sales Cloud and other systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy.  

2. Sales Process Optimization:  

  • Partner with Sales to develop and implement strategies to enhance sales productivity and efficiency, ensuring that sales processes align with business objectives.  
  • Provide best practices, actionable guidance and support to help sales team members effectively utilizing sales tools and processes. 

3. Data Management and Analysis:  

  • Oversee data quality and cleanliness within sales tools.  
  • Analyze sales performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to sales teams for improved productivity.  

4. Collaboration with Marketing and Sales Teams:  

  • Establish strong communication channels with sales teams across Fieldwire and other Hilti Software product teams to understand their needs and align sales operations strategies accordingly.  
  • Provide (train the trainer) training and support to sales teams in utilizing Sales Cloud, Groove, Dialpad and other sales operations tools for efficient usage.  
  • Share Fieldwire sales operations tool utilization experience with other Hilti Software product teams to facilitate fast and effective onboarding. 

5. Technology Integration:  

  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies that can enhance the overall sales operations.  

6. Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to integrate new technologies seamlessly. 

At Fieldwire, we're looking for our next Sales Operations Manager to have the following skills and experiences 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Computer Science.   
  • 3+ Years experience as a Sales Operations Manager with Salesforce Sales Cloud and commonly connected tools (e.g. Groove, Dialpad).   
  • Knowledge of sales operations best practices and principles.   
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.   
  • Strong ability to work independently, consistently showing self-motivation and the capability to complete tasks autonomously.  
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights.   
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation: 

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: $90,000 - $115,000 

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience. In addition to the salary you may be eligible for a corporate bonus which can range up to 30%.
