Location: Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid – 4 days onsite)

Duration: 6-Month Contract with potential to convert full time

Overview

We’re seeking a Salesforce and PSA Administrator to support a large-scale transformation within a Professional Services organization. This

role will play a critical part in implementing and optimizing a Professional Services Automation (PSA) solution built on Salesforce, with a strong focus on data migration, automation, and system configuration. This is a highly hands-on, execution-driven opportunity where you’ll partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver a scalable, analytics-driven platform supporting hundreds of users.

Key Responsibilities

PSA Administration & Implementation

  • Administer and configure a PSA solution on Salesforce for project tracking, resource management, and operational workflows
  • Build and optimize workflows, approvals, and user experiences
  • Manage roles, permissions, and overall security model
  • Support phased rollout across multiple business units

Data Migration & System Enablement

  • Lead data mapping, preparation, and migration from legacy systems into Salesforce
  • Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Execute data loads and ensure alignment with Salesforce data models
  • Partner with stakeholders to support reporting and analytics readiness

Salesforce Configuration & Development

  • Perform declarative development (flows, configuration, automation)
  • Configure page layouts, UI components, and system experiences
  • Support integrations and enhancements across Salesforce clouds
  • Collaborate with developers on troubleshooting and deployments

Reporting, Analytics & Business Support

  • Build reports and dashboards to support leadership and operational teams
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Support transition toward advanced analytics tools (e.g., CRM Analytics)
  • Serve as a business-facing problem solver

Team Enablement & Delivery

  • Support onboarding of new users and teams
  • Participate in Agile delivery cycles (2-week sprints)
  • Enable successful go-live milestones and feature releases
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience
  • Strong expertise with Salesforce Flows (required)
  • Experience with:
    • Data migration and data modeling
    • Data quality management
    • Salesforce reporting and analytics
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with PSA tools (e.g., Certinia/FinancialForce or similar)
  • Background supporting Professional Services or PSA workflows
  • Exposure to CRM Analytics / Einstein Analytics
  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem tools (Data Cloud, etc.)
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Jira, Confluence)
  • Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder, or similar)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
