Summary (Scope of the Job)
The Site Manager will be the liaison between the client and site. The successful candidate is responsible for looking after all guests and/or activities on-site as well as the appearance, maintenance, and overall operation of the site facilities. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced customer focused environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Inbound and outbound processing of all guests
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all guests and employees
  • Liaison between guests, client, and Cotton senior management
  • Promptly address all concerns and issues
  • Supervise staff and work with house services to ensure all requirements are met for the functional service areas
  • Support the Site Staff, Project Manager, and Supervisors
  • Responsible for the physical appearance of the site to meet corporate quality and esthetics standards
  • Proactively identifies work tasks, coordinates, and delegates work, establishes, and executes project objectives, and provides general care for the site
  • Monitors and evaluates site supply needs and manages inventory levels to include asset tracking
  • Manages vendor purchase order process while ensuring cost control
  • Generates and provides reports as required by management and/or client
  • Audit property management systems, job / safety folders, and operational files
  • Tracking of guest occupancy as required using prescribed method based on site and/or client requirements
  • Works with housekeeping management to ensure required cleaning activities are performed as required for the site
  • Supervises the site staff
  • Maintains all requisite safety documentation to provide a safe and comfortable environment
  • Champions a collaborative and inclusive site safety culture
  • Ensures compliance with all pertinent local, state, and federal regulations
  • Errands as needed for site operations
  • Complete additional tasks as required

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (associates degree or 2+ years of relevant experience preferred)
  • Valid Driver's License

Knowledge and Skills:
  • Facility management and Supervisor experience
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Strong customer service and soft skills to effectively deal with internal and external customers
  • Basic understanding of mechanical, carpentry, plumbing and electrical
  • Experience in scheduling
  • Proficient in all Microsoft office software
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to stand and move throughout office/buildings and continuously perform essential job functions
  • Occasionally lift and/or mover up to 50 pounds
  • Required to regularly walk the property
  • Ability to be flexible in schedule to meet operational needs. This may require working outside regularly scheduled hours or rotations
  • Ability to travel for extended periods of time on short notice
  • Motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
