All Temps Personnel Services is seeking a motivated and driven individual with a recruiting, marketing, or customer service background who is knowledgeable in hiring practices and eager to grow into a full-cycle recruiting role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, connecting with people, and helping businesses grow by matching great talent with the right opportunities. We are looking for a candidate who can support company growth by attracting talent, assisting with recruiting operations, and helping expand our client relationships. The right person will receive training to develop into a successful Recruiter while contributing to business development and client satisfaction. Our Recruiters play a key role in sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates while building a strong talent pipeline and promoting our company as a trusted employment partner

Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications and fit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to understand career goals and preferences.
  • Match candidates with client job openings based on skills, experience, and workplace compatibility.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and provide support throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in developing new client relationships and supporting company growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand hiring needs and workforce priorities. Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Communicate regularly with candidates and clients, providing updates and addressing questions or concerns.
  • Stay informed on hiring trends, labor market conditions, and industry best practices.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Promote All Temps Personnel Services as an employer and staffing partner of choice.
  • Background in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development.
  • Knowledge of hiring practices or recruiting processes preferred
