RSC2 is currently looking for a Subject Matter Expert Personnel Manager to join our growing team inEl Segundo, California

Responsibilities:

  • Provide directorate-level support for infrastructure, human resources, and personnel management along with information management activities supporting paragraphs.

  • Track all assigned hardware assets; set up and move computers for new and/or current users.

  • Conduct semi-annual inventory of all items in the equipment accounts.

  • Obtain approval and coordinate all transfers of computer systems between accounts with applicable equipment custodian and sign for all new equipment.

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance. Coordinate with staff regarding hardware malfunctions, identify and resolve common network and computer issues.

  • Develop, document, modify, transition into, and maintain standard functional databases as needed.

  • Perform infrastructure management duties, such as evaluating and analyzing space requirements, facilitate weekly IPT meetings and monthly board meetings and record meeting, coordinate with facilities managers on all renovations or refurbishments.

  • Track and facilitate internal office re-alignments and integration of incoming personnel, coordinate, record, and assist personnel relocation requests.

  • Plan, organize, and evaluate the training and professional development program.

  • Track, document, and process ethics forms, ensuring completion in a timely manner.

  • Ensure employee training history records are complete, accurate, and in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

  • Monitor and track deploying personnel and equipment.

  • Track, monitor, and coordinate equipment procurement; scheduling training; answering general deployment preparation questions for personnel.

  • Perform performance management duties, including but not limited to tracking performance reports, feedback forms, promotion forms, stratifications, and force shaping forms in accordance with regulations.

  • Provide guidance and recommendations on completing manpower personnel documentation, maintain unit personnel management roster, organizational charts, unit manning document, and related rosters related to personnel management activities.

  • Provide analysis of the overall unit manning, both current and projected.

  • Perform duties of Functional Area Records Manager and Records Custodian.

  • 12 years of relevant experience required.

Salary at RSC2 is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $103,000 to $237,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical total compensation range for this position. This position is contingent upon contract award and government funding.
