Duration: 0-6+ Months (Temp to Engage)
Shift: 9: 00 AM to 6: 00 PM
Job Description:
  • They will be working the front desk of the mailroom.
  • Answering phones, emails, forwarding faxes, checking in/out packages.
  • Logging courier runs, assisting people with supply requests or mailing if they come into the mailroom for in person assistance.
  • Providing back up to printing/scanning if needed, light data entry billing.
  • They will mostly be sitting, moving an occasional heavier package (maybe 20lbs). Parking is free.
