Role Description

Viseven is strengthening its commercial presence in the pharma industry by expanding a team of consultative Account Executives capable of speaking the language of modern omnichannel pharma engagement - not only selling services, but helping clients rethink how commercial, marketing, medical, and digital teams operate together.

Responsibilities
  • Lead consultative sales conversations with pharma stakeholders around: - omnichannel engagement - modular content - digital content operations - CRM and customer engagement ecosystems - AI-enabled commercial workflows
  • Act as a trusted advisor helping clients identify operational inefficiencies, ecosystem gaps, and scalable engagement opportunities.
  • Translate client transformation challenges into structured solution proposals with measurable business impact.
  • Drive the full sales cycle - from qualification to negotiation and contract signature - for enterprise and mid-market pharma clients.
  • Manage a defined set of strategic accounts and new business targets, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and progression.
  • Develop and execute account growth plans in collaboration with CSM and Delivery teams.
  • Increase adoption of scalable and retained offerings (e.g. platforms, licenses, packaged services).
  • Build relationships with commercial, omnichannel, marketing, digital excellence, IT, procurement, and medical stakeholders.
  • Lead discovery sessions focused not only on business needs, but also on operational and organizational realities inside pharma companies.
  • Represent Viseven at pharma industry events, roundtables, and transformation-focused discussions.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, Partnerships, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure coordinated outreach and accurate scoping.
  • Contribute to proposal development, RFP participation, pricing strategy, and GTM refinement.
  • Share market insights and omnichannel trends to influence internal strategy and portfolio positioning.
Required Skills & Knowledge
  • 3+ years of experience in:
    • pharma omnichannel / digital engagement roles
    • consultative B2B sales
    • account management
    • commercial excellence
    • customer engagement transformation
  • Strong understanding of pharma commercial operations and omnichannel engagement models
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and decision-making structures inside pharma organization
  • Excellent command of English (C1+), Native/Fluent (C1+) level of Polish language
Will Be Considered As A Strong Advantage:
  • Experience working inside pharma companies or omnichannel consulting environments
  • Experience with platforms such as: Veeva, Salesforce, Adobe, CRM / engagement ecosystems
  • Experience participating in digital transformation or customer engagement initiatives
  • Existing pharma network in Poland / CEE region
  • Experience with AI-enabled commercial or marketing workflows
