Occupational Health Paramedic

Location:Berwick, PA

Temporary Full Time

Mon-Fri. 7AM-5:30PM

We are seeking an experiencedParamedicto provide on-site occupational health services at an active construction site inBerwick, PA. This position allows you to move beyond emergency-only care and focus on proactive injury prevention, workforce health, and site safety support.


What This Role Is

As an on-siteOccupational Health Technician, you will:

  • Triage and treat occupational and non-occupational injuries
  • Provide follow-up care per evidence-based medical protocols
  • Document all encounters in EMR and maintain OSHA compliance
  • Conduct pre-employment screenings, drug tests, and occupational health checks
  • Collaborate with safety teams and project leadership to maintain a safe workplace
  • Support workers' compensation and risk management processes


This is not a traditional ambulance role.You will build relationships with crews, operate with autonomy, and play a critical role in keeping the project moving safely.

Qualifications

  • Current ACLS certification required
  • OSHA-30 Certification (must be completed within 90 days;company-provided)
  • Current state Paramedic licensure
  • Minimum 2 years Paramedic experience
  • Emergency, occupational, or industrial safety experience preferred
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and independent work skills
  • Valid driver's license if driving is required
