Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider (PA) Per Diem Multiple Locations

UNCHMG Urgent Care clinics, located in the Triangle of NC, have Per Diem | Float Pool openings for Urgent Care Nurse Practitioners (FNP) OR Urgent Care Physician Assistants (PA). Providers are part of an interdisciplinary team and responsible for treating episodic illnesses, minor injuries, and providing occupational health services and exams.

Financial Package:

  • Competitive Per Diem Pay Rate

Ideal Candidate:

  • Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Minimum one year APP experience working in an acute care, primary care, urgent care, or emergency room setting required
  • NC Licensure or ability to obtain
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Required procedures: Suturing, splinting
  • DOT Certification
  • Knowledge of OSHA recordables preferred, but not required

Clinic Schedule:

  • 8am to 8pm - Sunday - Saturday
  • Plus, weekends & holidays
  • Flexible, Per Diem | Float Pool Schedule
  • Locations: Multiple Locations
