Job description

Part-Time opportunity for Cardiology and Urology Men’s Health Physician Assistant opportunity with growing company in Boston.  Join Physician owner and existing PAs in a growing no rush comprehensive approach to Men’s Health.  Well established practice that is expanding. Office location in affluent suburb with engaged patients. Training in place. 


About the Physician Assistant opportunity


  • State of the art office with Carotid Ultrasound, Echocardiogram, Stress testing, rhythm ambulatory monitoring, EKG
  • Great balance of Sexual Men’s Health (85%)- testosterone, erectile dysfunction, prostate disease, infertility, and Cardiology (15%) hyperlipidemia and HTN.
  • Initial consultation and follow up consultation following studies
  • Evaluate lab results and diagnostics
  • See 12-15 patients each day
  • EMR is eclinical works
  • Office hours are 8-4:30, Monday- Friday
  • Lab in office with Quest phlebotomy
  • Three-six-month training with MD and lead PA involves shadow time and slowly building own patient panel



Requirements of the Physician Assistant opportunity


  • Completed Master’s Degree
  • Massachusetts State Medical License
  • Over 1 year of Primary Care, Family Medicine, Urology, Cardiology, or Internal Medicine experience in outpatient office setting
  • Comfort and discretion with seeing patients with confidential and sensitive medical concerns
  • Comfort see Men of all ages, sexual orientation, and culture
  • Interest in working autonomously (have own patient panel)
  • Knowledge of medications used for Cardiology, sexual health, and Urology
  • Comfort and willing to learn hormone levels and treatment
  • Interest in performing placement of penial pellets
  • Call rotation every 5th week from home- very few phone calls
