Purpose:
The HRIS Systems Specialist plays a key role in supporting and optimizing the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This position is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the HRIS, ensuring employee data remains accurate and up to date, and serving as a technical resource for HR and other stakeholders. In addition, this role provides support to payroll administration, serving in both a primary and secondary capacity.

Technical Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing organization
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and data management principles.
- Strong understanding of HRIS functionalities, data structures, and system configurations.
- Proficiency in using HRIS platforms, such as Dayforce, ADP or similar systems.
- Experience in HRIS implementation, upgrades, and integrations.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate HR data into meaningful insights and reports.
- Experience with payroll processing and payroll administration including time & attendance systems.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and confidentiality requirements in handling HR data.
Soft skills:

- Provide technical support and training to HR users, ensuring they can effectively navigate and utilize the HRIS.

- Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to streamline HR processes and data integration with other systems.
