Candidates must have experience with Home Health ICD-10 Coding & OASIS chart review with Coding & OASIS certifications. Responsibilities/Expectations:Be able to work independentlyMaintain department quality standards of accuracy in coding and OASIS.Communicate with agencies and team members effectively and promptly.Exhibit aptitude for technologyRemain up to date with changing requirements and reimbursement rules of PDGM and Coding and OASIS guidelines from industry sources.Comply with all applicable laws, policies, procedures, regulations, rules, standards, etc.Protects and respects confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.Be self-motivated to complete work timely.High attention to detail with excellent organization skillsProven ability to consistently meet deadlines.Physical demands include extended periods of sitting, computer use, and telephone/teams' communication.Prefer someone who lives in the Mesa Arizona or Omaha Nebraska areas.Prefer Hybrid remote with ability to work in an office two days a week.
