Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Primary task driver and doer for daily, weekly, and monthly client deliverables.ย 
  • Provide timely reporting and draft bills to our media team for approvalย 
  • Review key financial metrics and resolve issues proactivelyย 
  • Maintain timely accurate client billing and the collection of supporting documentationย 
  • Generate system reports and analyze data to enhance and optimize performanceย 
  • Ensure complete and accurately formatted documents for manager reviewย 
  • Explain and translate financial reports to client teams and regional staffย 
  • Assist with cash collection and cash applicationย 
  • Learn, understand, and comply with financial audit expectationsย 
  • Assist media planning teams with system setup while guiding them towards financially sound and client approved results.ย 
  • Oversee and manage systematic financial reporting and ad hoc requests, including (but not limited to): monthly close, monthly budget review meetings, variance reporting, draft billing, media accruals, budget discrepancies, audit commentary, etc.ย 
  • Manage client and vendor signed documentation in company approved databasesย 
  • Develop and foster positive relationships with clients, as well as peers within the company.ย ย ย 
  • Think critically and adapt to new situations. Be proactive rather than reactive
Qualifications
  • Four-year degree (Finance, Accounting, or Business degrees preferred)ย 
  • 1-3 years of experience in Finance or Financial operations including familiarity with the digital media environmentย 
  • Proficiency of MS Office, especially in MS Excel using pivot tables is critical.ย 
  • Possess the ability to translate finance to our non-financial partners.ย 
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with strong focus on attention to detail and scrutinizing information.ย 
  • Exceptional written and oral communication, and strong interpersonal skills.ย 
  • Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALLE, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation.ย ย ย

ย Compensation Range: USD $50,065.00 - USD $70,784.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
