The Master Scheduler develops, maintains, and manages integrated schedules for major facilities construction, building modifications, utility upgrades, and production equipment installations. This role coordinates timelines across internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate sequencing, minimize operational disruption, and support projects being delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and manage a comprehensive master integrated schedule covering facilities construction, building modifications, utility upgrades, and production equipment installations.
  • Coordinate project timelines across Facilities, Engineering, Operations, Environmental Health & Safety, Procurement, OEM vendors, and external contractors to ensure alignment and accurate sequencing of activities.
  • Perform critical path analysis to identify schedule risks, key dependencies, and opportunities to optimize project timelines.
  • Conduct resource loading reviews to ensure appropriate staffing and resource allocation across multiple simultaneous projects.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate, up-to-date schedules and documentation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience working with supply chain teams to integrate material availability and vendor lead times into project schedules.
  • Experience in coordinating with OEM vendors and external contractors on schedule development and updates.
  • Comfort preparing both weekly operational reports and executive-level summaries tailored to different stakeholder needs.
  • Ability to support permit and compliance-driven milestone tracking and incorporate regulatory requirements into project schedules.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for schedule optimization.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
