Job Description

The Integrated Master Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and coordinating Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to support program objectives. This role ensures schedules are fully integrated across functional teams and compliant with customer, contract, and Earned Value Management (EVM) requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)

  • Ensure schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated across finance, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, operations, and quality teams

  • Monitor schedule performance, track progress, and identify critical path impacts and risks

  • Conduct schedule analysis, risk assessments, and recovery planning

  • Prepare and deliver schedule reports and contract deliverables for management and customers

  • Utilize scheduling and project management tools such as Gantt charts, PERT, milestone tracking, and Earned Value Management (EVM)

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, customer requirements, and industry standards

  • Support cross-functional teams with planning, forecasting, and schedule coordination activities

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

  • Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules using WBS, RAM, and SOW

  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) methodologies

  • Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Open Plan and Microsoft Project

  • Experience presenting planning and scheduling data to stakeholders

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
