Job description

Responsibilities
Peraton requires a Systems Administrator to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) - 3 EOM. This position is located at MacDill AFB in Florida.
The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365.
The Integrated Master Scheduler will be responsible for developing, baselining, and maintaining complex project schedules for large-scale IT initiatives supporting both classified and unclassified enterprise networks. This role serves as a critical enabler for mission success, ensuring that engineering deployments, network upgrades, and cybersecurity initiatives are tracked accurately against scope, time, and resources.
  • Schedule Development & Maintenance: Build and maintain multiple project Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using industry-standard tools (e.g., MS Project, MS Project Planner etc.) in alignment with Department of War (DoW) project management frameworks.
  • Critical Path Analysis: Identify and analyze the critical path, tracking dependencies between enterprise infrastructure deployments and network integration phases.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise cross-functionally with Project Managers, Network Engineers, Cybersecurity leads, and Government stakeholders to capture task status, validate schedule updates, and resolve schedule conflicts.
  • Risk & Variance Management: Conduct Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA), monitor schedule variances, and provide actionable mitigation strategies or workaround plans to leadership.
  • Reporting & Briefings: Generate weekly/monthly schedule performance reports, kanban boards, Gantt charts, and milestone tracking dashboards for executive briefings and program reviews.
  • Resource Management: Perform resource loading and leveling within the schedule to ensure optimal allocation of engineering and support personnel across multiple concurrent network projects.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Min 12 years with HS degree, 10 years with AS/AA degree, 8 years with BS/BA, 6 years with MS/MA, 3 years with PhD
  • DoD TS/SCI clearance

Desired Qualifications:
  • Must be with DoW 8140 compliant under the Work Role Code 802 - IT Project Manager Intermediate - Intermediate level or higher by 1 Oct 26.
  • Previous experience operating within DoW/DoD enterprise network environments.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Project Professional and Project Server. Familiarity with Agile scheduling methodologies is a plus.
  • Understanding of DoW/DoD enterprise network architectures, cybersecurity compliance (RMF), and the deployment life cycle for unclassified and classified environments.
  • PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent certification preferred.

Target Salary Range
$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
