Construction Superintendent up to $135,000+YEARLY

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage daily field operations for marine and land construction projects.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Assist with project estimating, mobilization planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Coordinate personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
  • Assign work, supervise field crews, and monitor project progress.
  • Maintain daily production, safety, and project documentation.
  • Communicate with project managers, clients, and field personnel.
  • Monitor production and implement strategies to maximize efficiency.
  • Manage project costs, including labor, fuel, equipment, and materials.
  • Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with company, OSHA, and environmental regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support project success.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of on-site construction experience required; marine construction experience is a plus.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience supervising construction crews and coordinating multiple project resources.
  • Knowledge of project scheduling, logistics, equipment, and material management.
  • Willingness to travel and work away from home for extended periods (typically 3 weeks on-site with 1 week off; flexible scheduling available).
  • Commitment to workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Heavy equipment operation (dozer, excavator, loader, etc.) and/or boat operation experience is a plus.

Shifts:
  • 3 weeks one site with 1 week off
