We're looking for a motivated Office Manager to provide 3-6 months of full-time onsite support overseeing the daily office operations and maintaining an on-brand experience for our internal team as well as guests. This is a temporary position.
What you'll do:
As the temporary Office Manager for 686, you'll ensure the office operations continue to run smoothly, answer the phone and greet guests, provide planning support for in-office events such as lunches and meetings, and other administrative and planning requests. This position works closely with the Director of Operations to ensure the office is a clear balance of operational excellence and brand representation.
How you'll do it:
• Adhere to SOPS from operations to brand adherence
• Provide general administrative support to the team
• Work with the Director of Operations to ensure SOPs remain up to date and we are compliant with county, city, state and federal guidelines.
• Work with HR to ensure onboarding goes well and that any broad communication is managed well.
• Ensure the office is as sustainable as possible to adhere with the company's stance on carbon neutrality, waste management and social compliance.
• Oversee building maintenance and upkeep
• Assist with the planning and execution of company outings, events, holiday parties, seasonal decorations etc.
• Assist Finance dept. with the scanning and processing of paper invoices to our e-file management system
• Make sure office is stocked with supplies and necessities as needed and within budget
