Practice Overview:

  • Temporary Assistant Office Manager opportunity with a busy surgical practice in Southern California
  • Position will cover a leave of absence with potential to transition into a permanent role
  • Support office operations across Montclair and Covina locations
  • Work closely with physicians, clinical staff, administrative team members, and leadership
  • Ideal candidate will have prior experience in a surgical or specialty practice setting
  • Strong opportunity for someone with broad front-office, back-office, billing, credentialing, and operational experience
Position Responsibilities:
  • Assist with day-to-day office management and administrative operations
  • Support surgery scheduling and coordination
  • Assist with billing-related tasks and insurance processes
  • Support provider contracting and credentialing workflows
  • Assist with HR-related administrative functions and staff coordination
  • Help with marketing initiatives and practice growth efforts
  • Maintain organized workflows and support efficient communication between office staff, providers, and patients

Job Qualifications:
