Temporary Executive Assistant - $45/hour


Inspiring youth nonprofit based in Los Angeles is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to support a C-Suite executive.


This is an open-ended temp assignment with potential to convert to permanent.


Duties:

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings
  • Prepare for board meetings
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Process expense reports
  • Assist with event coordination
  • Maintain executive communications
  • Screen calls and emails
  • Maintain records and documents
  • Support special projects as needed


The organization will pay an hourly rate in the $35-$45 range.
