Graham Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-impact process improvement and operational transformation initiatives supporting a Federal customer. This role is responsible for managing complex projects from initiation through completion while improving business processes, developing standardized workflows, and ensuring successful project execution.The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with exceptional project management, technical writing, and stakeholder engagement skills. They will have extensive experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies, creating business process documentation, and managing projects within a government contracting environment.ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional projects while managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables.Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to evaluate business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement sustainable improvements.Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and operational documentation using Microsoft Visio.Prepare high-quality project plans, reports, meeting materials, executive briefings, and other technical documentation.Collaborate with Government stakeholders and project teams to define requirements, priorities, and project objectives.Monitor project performance and proactively identify risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.Coordinate project activities across multiple functional teams to ensure successful delivery.Track project milestones and provide regular status reporting to leadership and customer stakeholders.Ensure project execution complies with customer requirements, organizational policies, and industry best practices.Promote continuous process improvement while supporting organizational strategic initiatives.Required QualificationsU.S. Citizenship with the ability to successfully obtain and maintain a Government Public Trust or higher background investigation.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Sciences, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience managing complex projects.Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Demonstrated experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve business processes.Strong technical writing, documentation, and presentation skills.Experience developing workflow diagrams using Microsoft Visio.Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Desired QualificationsExperience supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Department of Defense (DoD), or other Federal healthcare organizations.Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or higher certification.Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project environments.Experience supporting federal government contracts.Familiarity with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.CompensationAt Graham Technologies, we believe our employees are our greatest asset.
