Join Our Team as a Design Associate and Elevate Your Career in Design Production. This associate will be responsible for all aspects of the Drawing room, including design, conceptual development, structural drawings, and production drawings. Reporting directly to the Graphics Manager.

Required Skills:
  • Adhere to the Drawing Request and Production SOP, training will be provided.
  • Design Conceptual development, structural drawings, and production drawings
  • Preflight customer-supplied artwork to conform it meets production standard.
  • Support the Drawing Room team with data entry and project uploads the calendars.
  • Working knowledge of SAI FLEXI; training will be provided
  • Proficient working knowledge of Adobe Creative
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Relevant experience in design and signage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus

Other Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement
  • Willingness to learn the skills needed
  • Ability to work 1st shift hours (7:00am-4:00pm) with overtime as needed
  • This position is initially temporary with potential for full-time hire
