Job description

The Graphic Design Manager will lead the day-to-day execution of graphic design across all brand touchpoints. This role will manage the Graphic Design team and oversee the development of creative assets that support marketing, eCommerce, retail, wholesale, events, and other brand initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Creative & Brand Execution
  • Oversee the development and execution of all graphic design assets for Retrofête and Seroya.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity and visual standards across all customer touchpoints.
  • Translate creative direction from the Art Director into compelling and effective design solutions.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and visual systems.
  • Review and approve creative work to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with brand standards.

Team Leadership
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the Graphic Design team.
  • Prioritize workload and allocate resources across projects and brands.
  • Establish processes and workflows that improve efficiency and creative output.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support ongoing professional development.
  • Foster collaboration across creative, marketing, merchandising, social, and cross-functional teams.

Marketing & Campaign Creative
  • Lead design execution for seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotional initiatives, and brand storytelling.
  • Oversee creation of email marketing assets, digital advertising creative, social media content, and website graphics.
  • Partner with Marketing and eCommerce teams to optimize creative performance and customer engagement.
  • Support campaign concepting and execution from initial brief through final delivery.

eCommerce & Digital Design
  • Oversee the creative updates, homepage refreshes, landing pages, promotional assets, and merchandising graphics.
  • Partner with eCommerce, creative, and merchandising teams to ensure a cohesive and elevated customer experience across all digital
  • channels.
  • Develop assets that support conversion, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure all digital assets are optimized for platform requirements and best practices.

Retail, Wholesale & Events
  • Develop creative materials supporting retail stores, wholesale presentations, trade shows, and showroom initiatives.
  • Create visual assets for events, activations, runway, and special projects.
  • Partner with Retail and Sales teams on in-store marketing materials and customer-facing collateral.
  • Support visual storytelling across experiential and customer engagement initiatives.

Production & Asset Management
  • Manage design production timelines from concept through final delivery.
  • Maintain organized creative asset libraries and file management systems.
  • Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet production specifications and deadlines.

AI & Creative Innovation
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance creative development, efficiency, content generation, and workflow optimization.
  • Evaluate emerging design technologies and identify opportunities to improve team productivity.
  • Partner with the Art Director to integrate innovative creative solutions while maintaining brand integrity.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • 5-8+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within fashion, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
  • Previous management experience leading creative or graphic design teams.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, digital design, campaign creative, and visual storytelling.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience designing for eCommerce, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Strong understanding of print production and asset development.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools within creative workflows is highly preferred.
