Inventory Cycle Counter

Location: Lake Wales, US, 33853 Date: Jul 8, 2026 Posting Date: Job Area: Logistics Job Level: Entry level

We're looking for a detail-oriented Cycle Counter to join our Warehouse & MP&L team. If you enjoy solving problems, working with inventory, and making an impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!

Main Tasks

  • Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Compare physical inventory against the SAGE system and investigate discrepancies
  • Process inventory adjustments, material reports, and transfers
  • Research inventory variances and assist with root cause analysis
  • Help implement corrective actions to prevent recurring inventory issues
  • Support Warehouse, Production, and Customer Service with inventory inquiries
  • Locate materials and maintain accurate dimensions and weights in the system
  • Safely operate warehouse equipment when trained and authorized
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED

Manufacturing experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; SAGE is a plus)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
