Job description
Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20/hour
Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 4pm-12:30am (OT is required)
Location: Jacksonville, FL (Deerwood/Baymeadows area)

Responsibilities
• Maintaining of red boxes (counting and getting them adjusted)
• Maintain daily cycle count reports and provide updates to the Customer and KOCG Ops Management
• Write up reports and forms for destruction pallets
• Rectifying discrepancies of inventory
• Investigating missing cases, NOLOC, and issue cases,
• Assisting material handlers whenever needed
• Cleanup of inventory (cycle counting old cases or pallets that have already shipped)
• Adjusting excess pallets from conversions back into inventory
• Adjusting out offsite conversion damages
• Accurately counting pallet, case, and product dispenser locations
• Use RF Scanner device to record product/locations using barcodes
• Correspond internally using Microsoft Outlook
• Operate multiple types of powered industrial equipment (reach lift & order picker)
• Ensure Schedule Adherence
o Associates arrive to assigned area at assigned time and work through the end of the shift
o Ensure associates are productive during entire shift, and are not overly burdened with excessive tasks; ensure associates are working on priorities
o Ensure adequate supplies are available
o Maintain work areas to 5S standards
o Handle associate’s basic questions such as Paid Time Off (PTO) inquiries and balances
• Interact with employees at all levels
• Continuously 5S work area(s)
Qualifications
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One (1) year of related experience and/or training.
• Must possess Forklift Certification, reach truck and cherry picker.
• Ability to be at assigned work area at scheduled time, demonstrating reliable and punctual attendance, including taking and returning from breaks and attending meetings in a timely manner.
• Ability to read and comprehend written or verbal simple instructions, and short correspondence.
• Ability to learn from directions, observations, and mistakes, and apply correct procedures using good judgement.
• Ability to write basic correspondence.
• Ability to record information such as training and attendance records.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
• Ability to perform basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using units of American currency and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
• Basic computer skills such as the ability to input information via a keyboard and mouse and utilize RF Scanner.
• Working knowledge of basic features of word processing programs, electronic mail, and web browsers.
Environmental and Physical Demands
• Safety shoes (Steel-toed) are required
• Duties are performed in a temperature-controlled environment.
• Duties require walking, standing, reaching forward, reaching above shoulders, pushing, pulling, twisting at the waist, grabbing, finger manipulation, and sitting.
• Light physical demand level: Exerting up to twenty (20) lbs. of force occasionally, up to ten (10) lbs. of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects weighing less than twenty-three (23) lbs.
• Overtime is required
