We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of D365 ERP portfolio, complete the migration of legacy systems and environments, and drive key infrastructure initiatives that enable secure, reliable, and scalable technology environments. completing the migration of legacy systems and environments. It is accountable for managing project operations - including planning, execution, and coordination across multiple workstreams. The Senior Project Manager excels at staying organized and balancing multiple priorities while driving results through decisive leadership and clear, concise communication of objectives, expectations, and progress.
DUTIES

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft D365 components, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements
  • Manage 2-4 concurrent IT infrastructure projects from initiation through completion
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party integrators to maintain alignment and resolve issues proactively
  • Manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocations and budgets
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and dependencies, and drive timely decisions to ensure objectives are achieved
  • Prepare and facilitate reporting, steering committee updates, and stakeholder communication
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
  • Ensure successful go-live, cutover, and transition to IT operations including hyper- care and stabilization
  • Conduct post-project review and capture lessons learned to support continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance standards, change management practices, and organizational policies
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager within an IT or technology domain, including leading ERP or CRM implementations
  • Proven experience managing medium-scale Microsoft D365 project or similar enterprise applications
  • Experience delivering end-to-end implementations using formal project management and ALM frameworks
  • An understanding of ERP/CRM business processes, data management practices, and platform capabilities
  • Expertise in project governance and best practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft DevOps, Atlassian Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Clarity PPM, or similar project and portfolio management tools
  • Experience managing vendor, partners, and third-party service providers
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to articulate objectives and expectations to both technical and business audiences
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, handle unexpected issues, and adapt to a dynamic IT environment
  • Project Management certification (e.g. APMG, PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals certification preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and related integrations preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Prolonged periods of sitting, typically 6-8 hours per day, while working at a desk or computer.
  • Frequent use of hands for typing, writing, and handling office tools or equipment.
  • Occasionally lifting or moving office supplies or equipment, typically weighing up to 20 pounds.
COMPENSATION
The base pay range for this full-time exempt position is $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year plus benefits. Pay ranges are determined by various factors, including role, experience, and location. The pay range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay rates for this position. Within the range, actual individual compensation is determined by various factors, including location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
POSITION TYPE
Contract (Temporary) through December 2026. This role is initially structured as a contract position with the possibility of conversion to a full-time employee based on performance and business needs.
BUSINESS TRAVEL
  • Minimal travel to company facilities and project sites to support delivery, coordination, and go-live activities.
