  • Willingness to commute long distances between customer sites and must have a valid driver's license.
  • Experience in technical support or a similar role, with experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Available to work a rotational 24/7 on call; scheduled shift.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • This role is an Hourly Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $20 - $24 USD, based on experience and skillsets.
  • Must possess a valid REAL ID-compliant identification at the time of hire as required for federal customer site access.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the USA on a permanent, unrestricted basis. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship, including student or temporary work authorization programs.
