JOB OVERVIEW
  • Long-term care dietitian: Group Home
  • Temp to hire. Permanent job offer potential
  • Location: Multiple group home sites in New York (Bronx, Queens, State Island)
  • Schedule:Part time, 16 hours per week
Job Responsibilities:
  • New York CDN certification needed
  • Shifts 6:30am-1pm or 11:30am-6pm
  • Observe meals and write meal observation after each meal.
  • Collect clinical data from charts.
  • Write annual nutrition assessments or progress notes. NMSC dietitian can assist.
  • Collect inventory (small kitchens) for the client.
  • Communicate with the client and internal NMSC dietitian during visit.

Requirements
  • CDR
  • New York CDN-State Licensure
  • Long-term care or group home experience
