We’re Hiring: Full-Time Golf Coach | ATX Golf Performance | Austin, TX


ATX Golf Performance is looking for a full-time golf coach to join our growing team in Austin.

We are a performance-focused coaching business built around helping golfers improve through clear communication, individualized coaching, technology, and long-term player development. Our players range from committed adult golfers to competitive juniors working toward tournament success and future playing opportunities.

This is a great opportunity for a coach who is passionate about player development, enjoys being part of a strong coaching community, and wants to continue growing under the mentorship of an experienced golf professional.


What we’re looking for:

• A few years of full-time golf coaching experience

• Experience coaching competitive junior players

• Ability to coach both junior and adult golfers

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• A professional, reliable, team-first attitude

• A genuine passion for helping players improve

• Comfort using video analysis and technology as part of the coaching process

• Experience with launch monitors, force plates, and/or 3D analysis is helpful

• Sales and business development skills are preferred
