Title: Foreign Affairs / International Relations Administrative Assistant (Seasonal)(Active DoD Secret Clearance)

MUST have an Active DoD Secret Clearance and must be willing to work in the Arlington, VA.

Position Description:

  • Provide administrative services, including filing and reporting, and assisting primary contractor to support government priorities
  • Prepare and submit "Security Cooperation" (SC) Activities, which include "Senior Leader Engagements" (SLE) Plan annually
  • Prepare and submit "Read Ahead Materials" (RAH) for engagements
  • Prepare and submit SLE Annual Report
  • Prepare SC/SLE post-engagement analysis reports
  • Prepare official correspondence
  • Prepare monthly SC/KLE "Key Leader Engagement" service delivery summary report
  • Attend SC/SLE planning meetings, prepare and submit summary of meeting
  • Attend bimonthly Calendar Scrub Planning Meeting
  • Perform other duties, as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Strong Computer and File Management skills required
  • Strong Writing and Communication skills required
  • Undergraduate degree in International Relations or related field preferred
  • Experience working with Foreign Dignitaries preferred
  • Minimum of 2-5 years in positions of responsibility within the DoD, DOS, or OGA in the field of foreign policy, national security strategy, security cooperation, or closely related subject matter
  • 1-3 years working in a position of responsibility in a four-star headquarters preferred
  • Can work daily on site at the Pentagon
  • Travel 15%
