This company specializes in manufacturing high-quality electronic components and assemblies used across a variety of industries. They are looking for a detail-oriented individual with soldering experience who enjoys precision work and takes pride in producing quality products.

Soldering/Assembler Job Duties:
• Perform hand soldering of electronic components on circuit boards and assemblies
 • Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to work instructions and specifications
 • Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
 • Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and assembly documentation
 • Utilize hand tools and small power tools to complete assembly tasks
 • Identify and report quality concerns or defects
 • Support testing, troubleshooting, and rework activities as needed
 • Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures
 
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, Day Shift
 
Soldering/Assembler Requirements:
• Must have 2 years of hand soldering experience
 • Experience with through-hole and/or surface mount soldering preferred
 • Ability to work with small parts and perform detailed assembly work
 • Comfortable using microscopes, magnifiers, and precision hand tools
 • Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams
 • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
 • Manufacturing or electronics assembly experience preferred
 • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
 
Pay:
$18.00–$22.00 per hour DOE
