Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time
Job Duties:

  • Visually inspect production parts using a microscope to ensure quality standards
  • Perform detailed hand painting and striping on ceramic components
  • Grind and smooth materials using fine grinding techniques
  • Wash and prepare materials for production processes
  • Cross-train into machining and other production areas as needed
Schedule:

  • Day Shift: 6:00AM – 2:30PM
  • Swing Shift: 2:00PM - 10:30PM
Pay:
 $18.00 – $22.50 per hour depending on experience and shift differential

Job Requirements:

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise work
  • Ability to work with small parts and follow detailed instructions
  • Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
