Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time
Job Duties:
- Visually inspect production parts using a microscope to ensure quality standards
- Perform detailed hand painting and striping on ceramic components
- Grind and smooth materials using fine grinding techniques
- Wash and prepare materials for production processes
- Cross-train into machining and other production areas as needed
Schedule:
- Day Shift: 6:00AM – 2:30PM [Monday thru Friday]
- Swing Shift: 2:00PM - 10:30PM [Monday thru Friday]
- Weekend: 10:00AM-10:00PM [Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday]
Pay: $18.00 – $22.50 per hour depending on experience and shift differential
Job Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise work
- Ability to work with small parts and follow detailed instructions
- Comfortable standing or sitting for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks
