Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Kingston, NY

Hours: 8:30am-5pm, Mon-Fri

Duration: 6-7 Month Contract - W2 Only

Pay rate: $20-23/hr (depending on experience)

About the Role:

Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a contract position (W2 Only) in Kingston, NY.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling folders physically (lifting and placing them in file cabinets)

  • Filing (both physical filing and electronic records filing)

  • Data entry

  • Emailing, scanning and faxing duties

  • Reception desk coverage

  • Processing mail

  • Corresponding with and answering customer questions

  • Scheduling appointments

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and Forms.

  • Using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other platforms for providing virtual services.

  • Managing multiple tasks

  • Ability to meet required timelines and prioritize duties to meet those timelines.

  • Ability to process applications, register and review for completion

  • Ability to learn specific computer programs specific to ACCES-VR
