Position Details:
Datrose is seeking a Forklift Operator / Material Handler for a one-year contract position with a possibility of being temp to hire.
Location: East Rochester, NY (near Penfield)
Work Hours: 11am-7:30pm, Monday-Friday (occasional overtime may be required).
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr

Who We're Looking For:
Candidates with Forklift experience to work in an industrial/warehouse environment. Warehouse skills should include picking stock, using handheld scanners, loading and unloading materials. A team player, with good communication skills and a mind for safety.
What to Expect as a Forklift Operator:
  • Perform various manual activities under minimal/direct supervision
  • Picking stock
  • Light manufacturing
  • Building pallets for shipment
  • Loading and unloading materials
  • Ordering, storing and delivering supplies
  • Using hand scanners
  • Heavy lifting up to 70 lbs.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications for Success:
  • High School Diploma or GED/HSE OR 1 yr of warehouse experience required
  • Fork Truck License preferred
  • Need steel toe safety shoes
  • Basic mathematic skills
  • Prior Warehouse/Dock experience
  • Detail oriented with time management skills
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Word and basic Excel and Outlook
  • SAP knowledge is preferred
