Job description

Pay: $18 per hour -

Schedule: Monday - Friday. Shift: 5AM - 1:30PM


Location: Cleveland, North Carolina  


Summary:

A Dining Worker/Server with American Dining Creations will focus on delivering exceptional customer service and completing food preparation duties. The Dining Worker/Server will efficiently greet and serve menu items to guests from a station or serving line. Additional tasks may also include assisting the cashier, cleaning the kitchen, and serving areas, stocking, equipment upkeep and other related work as required.


Responsibilities:

  • Follow established recipes to prepare and serve menu items for a food station.
  • Greet and serve guests in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure correct serving temperatures and adequate portion control, temperature logs, and dates.
  • Provide guests with information regarding food ingredients, availability, and pricing.
  • Cashier duties may include operating a POS, accept payment for food and beverage purchases.
  • Assist with labels and packaging food for take-out menus and mobile ordering.
  • Escalate customer concerns and complaints to management.
  • Clean, organize, and maintain kitchen, equipment, utensils, and general areas.
  • May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed.


Qualifications:

  • 1+ years prior experience in a Customer Service, Food Service, or Retail position preferred.
  • Able to work well with others as well as excel independently.
  • Time management skills and task focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to read, write, communicate effectively.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend, climb stairs, stand, and walk for entire scheduled shift.
