Melrose Park, IL
1st Shift | Monday-Friday (Start times may vary between 6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, or 8:00 AM)
Weekly Pay $18-$21 PRH

Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Receive, store, and distribute materials, products, and supplies throughout the warehouse.
  • Count inventory and verify product accuracy.
  • Move materials between receiving, storage, and shipping areas.
  • Sort and organize products on racks, shelves, pallets, and bins.
  • Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
  • Operate forklifts after certification and authorization.
  • Complete shipping paperwork, inventory records, labels, and related documentation.
  • Assist with staging, packing, and warehouse organization.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Support warehouse operations and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to read and complete basic forms and paperwork.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and safety.
  • Ability to perform physical warehouse duties.
  • Ability to become forklift certified within 3-6 months of hire.
Preferred
  • Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics experience.
  • Forklift certification or forklift operating experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience with order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, or inventory control.
